# About RND: Random Non-categorized Discussion

RND is for discussions that don’t fall into the . Treat this as the “Random” or “Misc” or “Off-topic” section of any other community. Of course, our standard community guidelines still apply. If there is a certain type of thread that keeps cropping up here we might consider giving it its own category.

There is a difference between “Uncategorized” and “RND”. Uncategorized can be used when the poster doesn’t know where it belongs or has yet to be labeled while RND is explicitly marked as off-topic / not belonging to another category.
