# Can’t open ide, getting error

Getting an error when I try to launch my ide instance from [GPU Cloud Login | Lambda](http://cloud.lambdalabs.com/instances), getting:

502 Bad Gateway

Unable to reach the origin service. The service may be down or it may not be responding to traffic from cloudflared
