GH200 not working with attached file system

I have launched and re-launched GH200 instances around 10 times now. Whenever you launch it with an attached file system, there is an Alert status.
If you try restarting the instance at that state, you get:
“Error restarting instance
Unknown error.”
Launching it without an attached file system works just fine I’ve confirmed.
