# Hardware support for workstation under warranty?

I have a dual-GPU workstation that just stopped working, likely with a hardware problem (it powers down a few seconds after power up). Since it is still under warranty, I emailed [support@lambdalabs.com](mailto:support@lambdalabs.com) to follow up but have not had any response after 24 hours. Is this normal, or is there a different email for warranty support?
