Jupyter notebook having old version of tensorflow

hi

I have created anaconda environment with python 3.6

Below text from shell.

(base) sobah@lambda-quad-02:~$ conda activate py36

(py36) sobah@lambda-quad-02:~$ python

Python 3.6.10 |Anaconda, Inc.| (default, Mar 25 2020, 23:51:54)
[GCC 7.3.0] on linux

Type “help”, “copyright”, “credits” or “license” for more information.

>>> import tensorflow as tf
>>> tf.__version__
'2.1.0'

But when I run from Jupyter notebook, I am getting tensorflow version as '1.15.2'.
