# Pixelated (RGB) Tensorbook Screen

If you are facing the pixelated screen issue, the way to fix it is as follows:

Make sure that screen-lock is turned on under privacy settings.

Also, please make sure automatic login is turned off for your username.

Turning automatic login OFF and screen-lock ON fixes the issue, as far as we have tested.
