# Price changed when job under one specific instance is failed

The pricing for different gpu is set but i wonder how the price will change when there’s failed job?

Yes, the billing standard for those jobs are failed.

If you’re experiencing problems with an instance, you should [contact Support](https://support.lambdalabs.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).

But if training or other jobs are failing on an instance that’s functioning properly, that’s the customer’s responsibility.
