# Problem with login

My problem is the same as [Unable to login - Technical Help - DeepTalk - Deep Learning Community](https://deeptalk.lambda.ai/t/unable-to-login/2208/1).

I cannot enter the dashboard even I didn’t mine cryptocurrency.

I have sent a support email to “ [support@lambdalabs.com](mailto:support@lambdalabs.com)” several times, but I never get any response.

I got response from them. My account was closed as fraudulent due to their mistake.

Send an email to “ [cloud@lambdalabs.com](mailto:cloud@lambdalabs.com)”
