Does processes end after ssh session disconnect?

Hi, I’d try checking any running python processes with:

ps aux | grep python

And see if you recognize any of the commands being run is the training you started yesterday. Something I’d recommend doing in the future, is performing your long-running training in a screen session which will hold open your process.

Hi Victor, Likely the easiest way to accomplish this is by simply isolating the multi-user target, as right now your Tensorbook is running in the graphical target. To do this, run:

systemctl isolate multi-user.target

I also see that you’ve inquired about if Lambda Stack works on 21.10. While most, if not all, should still work on 21.10, we do not support Ubuntu 21.10 as well.

Hi Jamaul, How are you resetting the timezone? Assuming you’re using a systemd OS, you can change the timezone with the timedatectl command. You’ll have to find your specific timezone first. For example, I’m CST which equates to America/Chicago, which can be found by the following:

timedatectl list-timezones
