## Lambda-Stack does not upgrade to PyTorch v 1.0

Hey. I just ran `sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade && sudo apt-get autoremove`, but my torch version is still `0.4.1`, and not `1.0`. The model I want to run requires version `1.0`. Please advise. Thanks.
