Lambda-Stack does not upgrade to PyTorch v 1.0

I think v1.0 PyTorch is coming soon to Lambda Stack. It’s not currently in the Lambda Stack but it will be soon!

Yes, we have 1.0 in the latest Lambda Stack update:
