Can't install nvidia-smi

This was fixed by reinstalling a new recovery linux image (formatting the workstation).

I commented out lines 57 and 59 of /etc/apt/sources.list

I can’t use nvidia-smi

$ nvidia-smi
NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn’t communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running.
$ sudo apt-get install -f nvidia-384 libcuda1-384 nvidia-opencl-icd-384
