### Too many open files

The next time this happens can you capture the output of:
```
# print [num-handlers] [PID] for top 10 processes
lsof -n | awk '{print $2}' | sort | uniq -c | sort -rn | head -n 10
```
and then the names of the processes attached to each PID (should be the second arg) with:
```
ps aux | grep -i <PID>
```
